Lynn is the Top-Producing Individual Agent in the Damascus Office of Long & Foster and ranked in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide.  Since joining Long & Foster in 2002, she has been a member of their elite Gold Team.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Council of Residential Specialists and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.  Most recently she received the designation as a Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), earned through course work and selling volume.  Only 4% of agents nationwide have earned this designation.  Certified as a Relocation Specialist, Lynn enjoys working with individuals relocating to or from the Washington Suburban Area.  She also has completed coursework and is certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which helps her assist seniors with all their needs related to moving.
